In-store data and field execution for CPG brands in the US

Roamler combines POS data, AI-powered shelf intelligence, and on-demand in-store execution to identify your biggest retail opportunities - and act on them at scale.

A word from our CEO
“CPG brands invest heavily in distribution and promotions, but they often don’t know what is really happening on the shelf. Over 15 years, we’ve learned that collecting data is only the starting point. The real value comes from understanding what’s happening in stores and, most importantly, being able to act on it.
That’s what we want to offer to US brands: reliable store-level insights, and the field execution capabilities to turn those insights into action and more sales.”

4 Steps for CPG Brands to Drive More Volume

01
Detect

See what’s happening in your stores

Roamler visits your stores and reports on the in-store KPIs that matter to you, from on-shelf availability to competitor activity.

Every submission is checked before it reaches you. We already run programs in the US for brands in beverage, personal care, consumer electronics and research.

02
Prioritize

Focus on the stores where sales are at risk

You don’t need to visit every store. Roamler combines your sales data with what we see in store to show where the biggest problems and opportunities are.

This means you only pay for store visits where they make a difference, and you can scale coverage up or down as your needs change.

03
Fix

Turn findings into action

Each finding comes with a clear action: a store to follow up, a display to set up, a price to correct. Your sales team knows exactly where to go and what to do.

Roamlers can also fix issues directly in store, such as restocking shelves, correcting price labels, stock inventory discrepancies, and setting up displays. They can also hold stock control conversations with store staff driving immediate action to restart sales-based ordering systems if an inventory/bookstock error has been identified.

04
Prove

Check the result and measure the impact

A combination of business intelligence reporting and follow-up visits confirms whether the root cause of the issues has been resolved. When combined with your sales data, you can see the clear volume uplift and decide where to invest next.

Our people

A local team that knows the market

Zack Baker

Head of Sales

Zack is one of Roamler’s founding US commercial hires, responsible for building the US market from the first conversation forward.

He joins with years of experience in CPG commercial roles spanning retail execution, shelf intelligence, syndicated data, and assortment and pricing strategy. He has spent that time on the other side of the table from vendors like Roamler, which means he knows exactly which challenges FMCG businesses need to tackle first.

His view of the work is straightforward: every dollar of trade spend assumes the shelf is set the way it was agreed. When that assumption breaks, nobody finds out in time. Closing that gap, faster and at a fraction of what a fixed field team costs, is where Roamler excels.

Aimee Brown

Head of Delivery

Aimee is one of Roamler’s foundational US hires, responsible for building the operational capability that makes the US business scalable.

Aimee leads in-store operations for Roamler US. She owns how the work gets executed: building and growing the US community, designing the tasks that go into stores, and holding the quality standard on everything that comes back.

She is also responsible for US execution readiness, including the retailer access and compliance requirements. We are excited for Aimee to bring our merchandising and field execution models to the US, as we know this will drive high levels of growth for our FMCG partners. Aimee is always looking to add value and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

A word from our CRO
“Brands want to know what’s happening in their stores without carrying the cost of a permanent field team. And when they find a problem, they need a way to fix it quickly.
Data and execution together: that’s what Roamler does. We are building our US team with people who know this industry from the inside, so we can help brands turn data into action, through direct in-store fixes at the point of purchase that results in us increasing our customers’ sales volumes.”
