Can on-demand technical installations increase customer satisfaction?

As customers we have most certainly experienced having to stay at home waiting for an installer to come at an unidentified time between 9 and 12, during a week day. Being able to schedule installations or repair services at our own convenience, including evenings and weekends, would definitely increase our customer satisfaction rate. 


Since 2016, forefront companies in utilities, telecom and online shopping, have started using Roamler Tech for the delivery and set-up of their devices. 
Roamler Tech applies the concept of mobile crowdsourcing to professional in-home installations, by making use of an on-demand Crowd of independent installers active in different fields.

When do customers prefer to get their devices installed and/or repaired? Through more than tens of thousands thermostat installations performed in the Netherlands during 2018, we were able to identify the preferred days and times for Dutch customers.
